Delete your account
Can't open the app? Email us.
If you uninstalled Fit Royale, lost your sign-in, or signed in with Apple or Google and cannot get back in, write to us from the address on the account and say you want it deleted. We delete the account and everything in it within 7 days and write back to confirm. No form, no reason required.
If you can no longer send mail from the address you signed up with, write from any address and tell us which one the account uses. We may ask you something only the account holder would know before we erase anything.
In the app
If you can still sign in, this is the fastest route and it finishes while you wait.
- Open Fit Royale and go to Progress, then tap the gear in the top corner to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm it is you: enter your password, or sign in again with Apple or Google when asked.
- Confirm with Delete everything.
Confirming first is deliberate. If you cancel at that step, nothing has been deleted.
What gets deleted
Everything below goes, whichever route you take:
- Your account: the sign-in itself, your email address, your password, and the links to Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your profile: username, display name, bio, profile photo, avatar frame, goals, goal weight, experience level.
- Your health readings: every weight, body fat, steps and calories entry we stored, whether you typed it or it came from Apple Health or Health Connect. (Your data inside Apple Health or Health Connect is yours and stays on your phone; we never had a copy of anything beyond what the battles used.)
- Your weigh-in photos, every one, from every competition.
- Your entries in every competition: participant record, submissions, check-ins, points, rank, streaks, badges, and the activity feed events and reactions about you.
- Your push notification registrations, so no device gets another reminder.
- Your subscriber record with our subscription provider.
Deletion is verified, not assumed. Our server removes your data collection by collection, checks that it is actually gone, and only then removes the sign-in. If a step fails, your account survives, the app tells you, and you can try again.
What stays
- Competitions you created keep running for the other members, with your entries removed. The competition itself is theirs as much as yours.
- Other people's data that mentions you only indirectly, for example a friend's final rank, which was computed while you were still in the battle.
- Purchase records that tax and accounting law require us to keep, without any health data or anything else about how you used the app.
This cannot be undone. There is no recycle bin and no grace period. If you want a copy of your data first, email hello@fit-royale.com and we send you an export before deleting.
A subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account
Fit Royale Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. We cannot stop, change or refund it, and deleting your account does not end it. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store first:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fit Royale → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fit Royale → Cancel.
The app shows this same warning before it lets a subscriber delete their account.
